Vein miner, alchemist NPC lite, magic storage, recipe browser, and boss checklist are all great choices. I would say must haves are recipe browser and magic storage, the others are more optional but definitely help make the game less grindy and more fun imo. Edit: the reset buttons on the config tab fixed it. Like normal chests, Magic Storage will only quick stack to near by chests if there is at least one copy already in it. Also it won't work if you have reached capacity.
